Becel Light is the lightest product of Becel for bread, especially for those who want to watch his / her calorie intake, but still good unsaturated fats wants to get inside. It contains 30% fat which half Omegas 3 and 6, it is scientifically proven that Omega 3 and 6 good for the heart, because they help to maintain a healthy cholesterol level in the blood. The required daily intake which helps to maintain a healthy cholesterol level is 2g Omega 3 (alpha-linolenic acid) and 10g Omega 6 (linoleic acid) per day. Two servings (2x10g) Becel per day make a significant contribution to this.

The origin of our Becel products is located on the farmland. Because without sunflowers, rapseed and linseed flowers, we cannot make Becel. From the seeds of these flowers namely sunflower oil, canola oil and flax seed oil pressed that form the basis of our Becel products. Becel in order to give a spreadable structure, these oils are mixed with the appropriate amount of palm oil.
