Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

Any order that was placed from the Website can be canceled before delivery. The refund process if paid through credit card/debit card/net-banking is as below.

“Refund from the Website” – User can also opt for a refund of the amount paid for buying the Product by placing the Refund Order with the Company’s Customer Service Center by emailing to support (at) 21gourmetstreet (dot) com.

The company shall refund the amount paid by the User directly to the account from which the payment was made within 14 working days of placing the Refund Order.

“Credit Note” – User can also opt for issuing a credit note which will be in terms of the Company’s loyalty reward point’s worth of amount equal to the prices charged for the Product being returned. This Credit Note can be used to shop for Products at the Website at any time in the future.

If the User opts for Credit Note, Credit Note will be credited to User’s registration account on the same day.

Subject to the provisions as set out hereinabove, User hereby agrees and understands that the User can return Product purchased on the Website only to the appointed Company representative.

REPLACEMENT AND REFUND

Any Product purchased from the Website can be returned to the Company within 12 hours. The packaging of the product must remain intact.

In the case of frozen/chilled meat products, seafood, Cheese, Dairy products, fruits and vegetables, customers’ are requested to verify the products while taking delivery. We expect customers to refrigerate the above products within 5 minutes of taking delivery.  21GourmetStreet.com cannot be held responsible if product storing instructions are not adhered to by the customer.

In case the User wishes to return any Product, the User shall have the following options:

- Replacement: Users can choose to have Product replaced by placing the “Replacement Order” with the Representative or Company’s call center or through the Website.

- Refund from the Website: Users can also opt for a refund of the amount paid for buying the Product by placing the Refund Order with the Company’s Customer Service Center by emailing us at support (at) 21gourmetstreet (dot) com.

- Credit Note: User can also opt for issuing a credit note which will be in terms of the Company’s loyalty reward point’s worth of amount equal to the prices charged for the Product being returned. This Credit Note can be used to shop for Products at the Website at any time in the future.

If the User has opted for Replacement of the Product by placing the “Replacement Order”, Company shall endeavor to arrange the replacement Product of the same description with-in 2 working days from the date of placing of such Replacement Order. 

In case of Refund Order,

The company shall refund the amount paid by the User directly to the account from which the payment was made within 14 working days of placing the Refund Order.

If the User opts for Credit Note, Credit Note will be credited to User’s registration account on the same day.

In cases of Cash on Delivery, the User will be refunded by means of Cash at the time of pickup arranged for the Product.

Subject to the provisions as set out hereinabove, User hereby agrees and understands that the User can return Product purchased on the Website only to the appointed Company representative.

The user can also opt for a refund of the amount in case of return of Product in the unlikely event of the Company being unable to Replace, as the case may be, the returned Product. For any Refund or Replacement of Product, the relevant provisions of ‘Replacement’ or ‘Refund’ shall apply as given herein.

In the case of Replacement / Refund Order, the Company’s representative will arrange to pick up of the Product to be returned. The user will assist and cooperate fully to return the Product with its manuals, booklets, warranty card, accessories, freebies if any, and packing materials or any other things which were delivered to User along with the Product being returned. At the time of pick up the User will be provided with an acknowledgment of pick up by the Company’s Representative. The user should retain the said acknowledgment and quote or product the same in all his/her future communications with the Company in this regard.

In case of any return requests arising after 12 hours of delivery of the Product, such requests will be serviced as per the discretion of the Company or according to the warranty terms of the Product.
