B100% Black Angus Rum Steak with Onion Rings
PREPARATION TIME: 15 MINUTES
SERVINGS: 2 PEOPLE
MAIN INGREDIENT: 100% Black angus Rump Steak
- 2 portions of 100% Black Angus Rump Steak ( 250gm each)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Balsami Vinegar
- vegetable oil
- 10 pieces of Onion Rings
- Maldon Sea Salt
Heat a barbeque to medium high. Spray both sides of steak with olive oil spray. Sprinkle ground pepper and salt. Cook for 3-5 minutes each side (based on your choice). Transfer to a plate. Leave to rest.
Meanwhile, heat vegetable oil in a pan. Drop Onion Rings into hot oil. When golden, remove with a slotted spoon.
Serve steak topped with onion rings, a dash of balsamic vinegar, a dollop of mayonnaise and mixed salad leaves.
